This is somewhat hacky, but seems to work sufficiently well. Arrow keys now work, and Enter selects the currently-highlighted entry. It also interacts with mouse behaviour reasonably well.
Note that Blueprint is considering add a first-class typeahead component, so all of this may go away eventually.
