Here is a screen shot of CSO running with this feature branch of quay also running locally. we can observe basescores and cveids populated within the spec.

I also ran this branch against the latest master branch of quay (e.g this feature is not implemented server side) and confirmed the responses omitempty allowing client to function as normal until quay is able to provide responses
