Review content and queries of CO2 sheet #3217

@kndehaan

Description

@kndehaan

This issue has revealed that queries used the CO2 sheet are incorrect or incomplete. As @mabijkerk pointed out here, there are some considerations and required fixes:

  • Emissions from the Other sector are missing from the CO2 sheet and should be added
    I think that these emissions should only be added to the center bar chart (so not an entire new bar chart for the Other sector, since there is no break down of emissions here which is the case for e.g. Built environment).
    @mabijkerk @kaskranenburgQ do you agree with this?

  • CO2 sheet queries should be more robust
    They should make use of robust queries in the general folder when possible. Currently, some hardcoded nodes are used in queries, this should be avoided by making use of edge groups. Kas already had a look at how to make the queries more robust, but encountered some difficulties here with the given level of detail of the CO2 sheet. Perhaps this also requires a discussion.

  • Check and update other GHG charts**
    Some of the GHG charts per sector in the frontend make use of the CO2 sheet queries. These charts should be checked and updated as well when updating the CO2 sheet (queries).

  • Slide for Other sector in GHG section
    In the comment of Mathijs it is also mentioned to add Other sector as a new slide in the GHG section. Is this really necessary? This means that we want to introduce an input here, however we currently don't have for example an area attribute for GHG emissions in the Other sector. I'd propose to not add this slide in the GHG section, but to only add the CO2 emissions of the Other sector to the CO2 sheet (so no other GHG emissions).
    @mabijkerk @kaskranenburgQ what do you think?
