Remove Mini-Checks printing in test output for scripts without conditional write checks.

In some of the test sccripts, the test output results includes lines related to "mini-checks" even though no mini-checks are defined in the script.

Expected Behavior:
The test output should not print any mini-check-related information if no mini-checks are defined or executed.

Steps to reproduce:

• Run python -m pytest test_accessibility.py or python -m pytest test_example_table.py
