Enhance ISO 19110 action for handling common data structure based multi-source features

When dealing with multiple data objects associated to a single geoflow entity, the production of an ISO 19110 assumes a common data structure among data objects. The ISO 19110 action doesn't handle yet the notion of multiple data objects. Some adaptations are required to produce the ISO 19110 in case of multiple data objects, eg multiple geopackages.
