Currently R2DT does not include pseudoknots in the JSON output, but it can do so because the latest Traveler supports pseudoknots.

Actions:

Update Traveler in R2DT
Deploy in the API
Ask RNAcanvas and XRNA-GT teams to add support for pseudoknots when importing JSON schema
