Do not mention Debian Trixie

Trixie has recently bumped the version of autoconf
it provides in the standard package repositories.

None of the currently GA Erlang releases support that
version, although soon enough a future version will.

Nonetheless, Trixie builds have been failing since mid-September 2024.
