The rabbitmq_mqtt tests used an outdated MQTT Erlang client. It was a fork that has not been updated for > 4 years. This commit upgrades the client to the latest version. Therefore, we can delete our fork https://github.com/rabbitmq/emqttc.git (cherry picked from commit ac2a5d3)
