-Must using XAMPP version 5.6.40 v3.2.3, if not, the data on the app will not visible and cannot create new data, don't know what's the problem, download link:

-Create database named "unicode" (without quotation marks) on your sql, select the database, import "unicode.sql".
-Change ip on config.java according to your sql host ip.
