For debugging purpose, it would be nice to have a utility that dumps running configuration of agent and gateway components. Passwords should notably be hided for security concerns.

feat(show-conf): introduce slurm-web-show-conf
9a3ddd8 
This commit introduces slurm-web-show-conf utility to dump current
configuration settings of gateway and agent components with their
origin, which can either be configuration definition file or site
override.
