There are many duplicated codes between lbuild and ubuild due to similar workflow. As I'm looking to rework ubuild to build for multiple boards from a single checkout-ed source, I figure they could be merged together.
Right now it is a bit chaotic, and I've added RK3308 and RK3328 targets just to have some dummy packages generated for apt repo. They are likely broken. Clean up is due for "a later time(TM)".
