This fixes some compatibility issues when using Foresee eMMC.

Fixed CM5 max-frequency.

HS200 fixes some compatibility issues when using Foresee eMMC.

150MHz improves compatibility with some eMMC.

Set max-frequency for all RK3588 products to 150M to workaround some other compatibility issue.
