tailwindcss-rails does not support the x64-mingw platform #172

Hi @devcamke, thanks for opening this issue, and sorry you're having this problem. We ship a native gem that supports x64-mingw, so I'd like to ask for additional information from you to help diagnose what's going on. Can you please reply with:

Ah, interesting, I think the answer will be for us to publish the same binary executable as a |
PR #173 will fix this once it's merged and a new release is cut. |

I am receiving the following error while trying to install tailwindcss on my Windows 10 Systesm.
ruby --version is 3.1.1p18 (2022-02-18 revision 53f5fc4236) [x64-mingw-ucrt]
rails --version is 7.0.3
