I'm in the process of setting up a local windows VM with both Ruby 3.0 and 3.1 to validate that this is actually a solution to the problem. Please don't merge until I get back and confirm. Thanks! |

Windows support note: we ship the same executable in two gems, the
x64-mingw32andx64-mingw-ucrtflavors because Ruby < 3.1 uses the MSCVRT runtime libraries, and Ruby >= 3.1 uses the UCRT runtime libraries.You can read more about this change here:
