Raise CRM

Very much still a work in progress. This is mostly me saving my work online (to avoid a possible local repository corruption).

This commit primarily includes:

• System for admin users to create campaigns
• System for members to sign up for campaigns
• System for members to unsubscribe from a campaign

Also includes systems that need further work such as :

• Admin side of campaigns (updating and introducing new requested features)
• Some files are quite hacky at the moment, (and may include development notes) which will be cleared up in future commits
