Feature request: The update option should also be available in the the detail page of any request.

Subject of the issue

When any user hits the 'More details' for a particular request, the update request button is not available on that page, it'll be nice to have, and when this has been done the update request button should be removed from all entries in the main requests table, since that's just an extra row, and the update request leads to the request details page anyway- albeit with the update request form and without the query form.
