Setup

• Rancher version: 2.11 (and before?)

Describe the bug

• https://docs.rke2.io/install/containerd_registry_configuration now no longer exists
  • see See https://github.com/rancher/rke2-docs/pull/296/files (file / link was renamed to private_registry)
• causes our check-i18n-links pr gate to fail
• see https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/actions/runs/12465279140/job/34790796357?pr=12931

Additional context

• Might hit this same issue for previous branches, depending on when gate was added
