Requirements

• Right-aligned workspace/project identifier
• Permission mode indicator (bypass/ask/deny)
• Shift+Tab to cycle permission modes
• Git status summary: file count, insertions, deletions
• Persistent at bottom of terminal

Blocked: Bottom context bar requires a fixed panel, which we've decided against per #76 research. Will need to be reimagined as inline status or removed. Depends on #73, #74.
