I updated Visual Studio 2013 on ci.metasploit.com, updated Jenkins jobs to use 2013, tested. All looks good. |

This updates the environment to work with VS 2013. Changes are not backwards compatible with VS 2012 due to the Platform Toolset in use (which is what was stopping it building with VS 2013 in the first place).
Note: For Rapid7 folks, the PSSDK pull request needs to be merged first if you want to be able to build the non-open source stuff.
