I left the filename as it was in the original source, even though it doesn't match all the others, since I figured that makes its provenance clearer.

Seems like something that will get resolved in another fashion shortly. We're about to move all of the PDFs out of the documentation to separate hosting, so this doesn't seem like a good time to be adding more. |
