I expected that I'd find a tag listed in the wiki that matched to vcgencmd get_throttled. I don't see it. Can you give me the tag or point me to where it is defined?

It is described here: raspberrypi/linux#2367
(but ideally should be added to wiki)

ooo, this is exactly what I needed, thanks. Now that I know that I found raspberrypi-firmware.h, which lists the magic numbers, which might be useful to others.

Really had to dig around/ask around to find the magic code for get_throttled. [pi god popcornmix pointed me to it](raspberrypi/firmware#1037), and I [also found the header file `raspberrypi-formware.h`](https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/blob/rpi-4.14.y/include/soc/bcm2835/raspberrypi-firmware.h#L80) that defines the codes.

added a couple examples showing format conversions and updated the python to the more modern formatter.
