VS code settings updates, ADC example
This was done by making minimal changes to tusb_config.h from the "dev_hid_composite" example, and carrying over all the other files from //pico-sdk/lib/tinyusb/examples/....

Greetings! I was experimenting with the tinyusb examples in this repo, and took the opportunity to learn about the build system works, by "porting" the mass storage example. It might be useful to someone else, so sending a PR. 🙂
