unexpected audio behaviour and compile error #150

I have cloned this repo and used 'make' cmd during that it shows,

but the compilation finally over... it starts to play well but after 20secs the audio starts to buffer.... (even after i have installed all the dependencies)

my system:
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS WSL

one thing i have to mention here,

when i installed kew through sudo bash -c "curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ravachol/kew/main/install.sh | bash"

it starts to play well but after 20secs the audio starts to buffer

but when i cloned the repo and installed through 'sudo make install'

it shows those my previously mentioned compilation warnings and when i starts to play it shows segmentation fault

Oh I see you are running 22.04 LTS. Sorry I thought it was 24.04. Yeah there is not a package for that in 22.04.

I have removed the reference to install.sh in the README from the main branch because several people seem to have problems with it. Maybe try homebrew. Or some other way. There might be good reasons why it's not available on 22.04.

I'm not sure how to proceed here. I installed it on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and it worked. No segmentation fault.

Have you tried installing version 2.4.2 through apt? sudo apt install kew.

  i am getting lot of missing files like image resize.h and so on
  
  i think something missing or wrong on system.... but i dont know how to find that...

Don't run make. Try these two commands:
sudo add-apt-repository universe
apt install kew

I don't know, I'm not familiar enough with ubuntu to know what's going on with your computer.

But the package is there:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=kew&searchon=names&suite=noble&section=all

It says Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. I installed it just yesterday through apt.
