Chain Strategem, Blackest Night, Brotherhood, Medicated, Blood Weapon, Feint, Nature's Minne, Raw Intuition all seem to have this as well.

Confirmed this is due to an incorrect network opcode, so some buff/debuff data was delayed or missing. Released a fix, can you let me know if this is resolved?

Thanks, user @snvxiv had it right, this was a bug introduced by some localization fixes, which caused my parsing code to ignore the buff duration in the log file. One exception - the second change to LogParseBuff doesn't look correct. Memory buffs have a different log format than network buffs, so the duration is at element data[7].

Update will be coming out shortly.
