Iter0 ZFR

###Goal: Our goal in this iteration is to plan the rest of the development,this iteration is mainly administrative planning. In this iteration we will orgenize the main milestones for the realization of the project,and divide the labor among us. At the end of this iteration we will have a project backlog in the issuse and our code as a git repository.
