[WIP] Object reconstruction #17

Includes modifications to the state tables:

  • Object table has metadata about the object - the ID of the task that created it
  • Task table implementation

Add mapping of object ID -> task ID in the object table

Reconstruct method in photon (no tests yet)

Fix the build

Add task table tests to the build

Pass and clean up user data in failure callback in table retry code

* working with dataframes with too many rows and columns

* repr works for jupyter notebooks now
