An identical error message is returned in multiple cases if something goes wrong when pinging the api/version endpoint. This PR adds more information to the error message in case where the endpoint returns 404 in order to help with debugging. Signed-off-by: Edward Oakes <ed.nmi.oakes@gmail.com>
