Code Review

This pull request adds a Trendshift badge to the README.rst file. The implementation is functionally correct. However, for better consistency with how other badges are defined in this file, I've suggested defining the image directive inline rather than using a substitution. This will make the document easier to maintain.

Badge likely needs some better placement - happy to nudge it around a little if there's a more appealing place for it.

Just offering some front page recognition for all the great work!
