Implemented the ability to read a user's manager by enhancing getUserProfile to include relations in the API request. This approach was chosen over a dedicated getUserManager tool to avoid redundancy and provide a more general solution, as suggested in the PR review. Updated tests and tool documentation accordingly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2623282016154161884 started by @raybellwaves

Updated `PeopleService.getUserProfile` to include `relations` in the requested `personFields`. This allows retrieval of a user's manager, satisfying the requirement to "read a user's manager".
Updated tool description in `workspace-server/src/index.ts` to reflect this capability.
Updated unit tests to verify `relations` are requested.

This change avoids adding a specific `getUserManager` tool, following code review feedback to interact with the relations object overall via the profile.
