an MDanalysis based script that produces a time series for the average lipid tilt angle of PA lipids
The script requires an input pdb file an input trajectory file, should also work with all other supported formats in MDAnalysis as well
Installation: just download and run "python vec.py" via terminal in the work directory.
Dependencies: Python 2.7, MDAnalysis, Numpy
