Remove VPRT_DICT_LOCATOR and related categories from the schema. This is currently defined in the RCSB internal vrpt dictionary.
The same category with a different set of attributes are now defined in the wwPDB public vrpt dictionary. Removing the internal category allows us to use definitions in the wwPDB vrpt dictionary.
