I'd like to try to create some of the code structure for Audio and MIDI tracks with FX racks of plugins. I'm clearly still thinking in OOP, but this PR will be updated as I figure out a better way to structure it in Rust. Currently just a placeholder, staking out what I would like to put my initial effort towards.
