Always uses the latest React version. Changed from ```bash npx create-react-app my-app ``` to ```bash npx create-react-app@latest my-app ```

npx usually pulls in the latest version of the package?

It's causing a bug in the latest releases. Adding @latest fixes this for now.

What exact Node and npm versions do you have and what are the exact repro instructions?
Modified to always use the latest React version.
