Go through all the "ToDo"s in codes.

Using external data in unit tests.
Start with Institution.
There should be one test for each leave node of the mind map for Institution.
In progress, not finished yet.

(After traversing through 3 mind maps,  a few additional tests should be added to test_click.py to check the correctness of outputs.)
