Thanks for the report.

I wonder whether this has anything to do with IFrameLoader.addIFrameEventListener() -> Keyboard.dispatch(), which is used to capture keyboard strokes from the content iframes / spine items, in order to reconstruct keyboard shortcuts at the application level, and activate bound commands (e.g. previous/next page). To be verified with other web browsers.
