If this is just to avoid a circular, I prefer if we can block this work for now until we finish our work for Another option, could be to do these changes directly in https://github.com/readthedocs/readthedocs.org/tree/remote-repository-normalization branch. |

The remote repository refactor is already done, we can update this PR now (probably just open a new one to avoid conflicts) |
