Alignment of source links

Source links inserted because of the use of html_show_sourcelink should probably be right aligned or similar.

Example: http://docs.mopidy.com/en/develop/api/models/#mopidy.models.Album

I think I have a clever way to handle these (http://snid.es/image/0i002N2c0J17), but unfortunately don't know the way to build something like this locally in my demo docs. Any engineer types have time to add this in. Specifically looking to get the "source" link in there.
