Navigation Bar Icons in Light theme

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings → Layout → App theme → System
2. Light mode on device settings
3. refresh app
   

Expected behavior

1. Non active tabs should also be visible & not transparent till active, just like dark theme
2. Additional text should have darker color to be more readable/ visible (in popups eg. duplicate show in list/update details )

Actual behavior

1. Non Active tabs' icons are not visible
2. Additional text has light color on light background(in popups eg. duplicate show in list/update details )
