RecurlyTransaction->getTransactions

hey, i've added getTransactions for listing all transactions. i noticed the ruby client has one... php version could use it too..

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, this does not offer pagination support when the list goes beyond 20 items. I know if this gets merged in without pagination support, it will invite more support issues. So, I'm going to hold off on the merge for now. -- Isaac
