Support Devfile 2.0 format on devfile components

Add support to devfile 2.0 format when reading the devfile.yaml. Details of the devfile 2.0 support can be found in devfile/api#15.

This item includes:
MVP:

• Devfile 2.0 parser (Devfile 2.0 parser #2918)
• devfile v2 support for odo push (k8s and OpenShift) (devfile v2 support for odo push (k8s and OpenShift) #3140)
• Specify the source mapping path for component containers (Specify the source mapping path for component containers #2935)
• Container initialization (Container initiailization support #2936)
• Specific working directory in container (Specific working directory defined in the command #2937)
• Command group (application lifecycle) (Support group in devfile commands (application lifecycle) #2938)
• Renaming dockerimage component type (Support container component type in devfile 2.0 #2939)

MVP +:

• Support composite commands (Support composite commands #3338)
• Add parent support (devfile 2.0) to devfile (Add parent support (devfile 2.0) to devfile #2919 )
• Allow the size of a component's volume to be specified in a Devfile (Allow volume definition to be shared across containers in a devfile #3407)
• Allow volumes to be shared across components (Allow volume definition to be shared across containers in a devfile #3407)
• Environment variables for a specific command (Support environment variables for a specific command  #3406)
