Issue to track work for publishing a new release of odo at the end of the Sprint.

Note: Write an announcement blog post once the release is done.

With @valaparthvi not around next week, I'm assigning this issue to @feloy.
We discussed about releasing v3.2.0 at the end of the current Sprint, because the IDE team needs #6253.

Do we really want to write a blog post for this release, as there is no user-facing enhancement?

v3.2.0 (release)

Yes, I also think we can skip writing a blog post for this version. Just like 3.1.0, it was mostly done for the IDE team.

Closing this issue as complete, since the v3.2.0 binaries are available and we won't write a blog post or update the build/VERSION file.
