Investigate test failures on macOS #112

Figure out what is causing the "connection reset" error during the macOS integration tests. Either fix the issue, or disable the macOS tests if it can't be fixed.

I reran the tests on a PR where the build was failing under macOS, and the tests passed. Maybe it was just a one off issue or infra related?

Maybe actions/runner-images#4896? It seems like the build fails on downloading and installing VS Code
