powertop2tuned writes profile to /etc/tuned instead of /etc/tuned/profiles

Upon running powertop2tuned on Fedora 41, I find it generates a profile folder in /etc/tuned.

The profile cannot be found by tuned-adm list and I cannot use tuned-adm profile to activate it.

Moving the generated profile to /etc/tuned/profiles makes the profile discoverable and usable.

tuned-adm 2.24.0
