XINFO add support for FULL

Since 6.0 there has been support for a FULL option to XINFO: https://redis.io/commands/xinfo in order to get a very detailed description of a stream and everything associated with it. This is useful for monitoring the state of a stream, so adding support for it I think (unless I've missed where it already exists) would add a lot of value.
