[Question] What is the difference between this 'plugin' framework, and just using regular nuget packages?

Great work and documentation first of all.

I am struggling to understand the why here. For example, why would a developer like myself, use a the plugin architecture that you presented opposed to standard nuget pacakges? What would the use-case or advantage be?
