To install the tkiz-penciline package copy its directory to either to:
$TEXHOME/tex/latex/$TEXMFHOME/tex/latex/~/texmf/tex/latex/~/Library/texmf/tex/latex/
In a tex you can use by adding penciline property to any drawn item:
