You need to set the API keys and other configuration as environment variables (see .vscode/launch.json.template). If using Visual Studio Code, rename this file to 'launch.json' after you have added the environment variables to Run through Code.
Run "npm install" in a terminal.
Run "npm run watch-spa". This will create a dist folder, compile and copy HTML / CSS / JS files, fetch assets from the cloud, and start a live server that hot-reloads on file changes. Website can be accessed using localhost:3000 in any browser.
Don't forget to set the environment variables before running this script. This can be easily done with the VS Code launch.json template file.
Run "npm run build".
