  • Adds new contraints suggested by github:
    • "minimist": ">=0.2.1"
    • "acorn": ">=6.4.1"
    • "kind-of": ">=6.0.3"
  • Sorts packages by alphabetical order in the package file.
  • Moves translations extraction tools to the dev dependencies section.
