How it works

The role of the user detailed view is misleading in regards to the tab "Profile" in the patron account. For this reason, it can be abandoned.
It is only useful to visualise librarian users who don't have any patron account.

Improvement suggestion

  • The user detailed view is removed.
  • Patron links point directly to the patron profile.
  • Librarian links point directly to the brief view (ideally to a search for this user in the brief view).
  • User without role patron don't have a detailed view; they are edited from the brief view. Some of their field will be visible only from the editor.
