poetry: update packages to their last version #1087

After each new RERO-ils release, packages are updated. This commit do
needed changes for that.

  • Updates packages to their last version in poetry.lock.
  • Adapts run-tests command because of isort 5 (new version)

External tests failed because isort is now in version 5. This PR updates isort and adapt run-tests accordingly.
